As for why the EPN is a little quiet, I assume that spring and early summer at the least internetty times all year. Even pull-bats like me wanna go outside and dig holes or get into car wrecks to satisfy our instinctive drives.
One thing is, the process of creation really is a lot of work (I'm not gonna quote that shit) and not all of it is glamorous cool or entertaining. In fact, a lot of it is nit-picking, highly repetitive labor, and ultra-technical research. Or at least I find it is. The EPN is a great place, and the discussions here are cool, but if they are going to be an honest discussion of the artmaking process, then they are not always going to be like yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah! But that doesn't mean that what we are doing isn't exciting, cause when we are done the hard work we have something to show and then it's like YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH! Anyway, that's why I keep posting my crap about just finishing another video up here - it might not be so exciting to read about, but that's what I'm doing with my time.

That's a very accurate description of the times, for me at least. No more car wrecks for me though. I have been personally working on several different projcts, and conducting extensive research of my own, so the amount of things I have to post is zero at the moment. However, the environment that this blog has provided in the past needs to be nurtured once again. We all need to take time from our busy lives to be sociable (internetly) and it will result in the accumulation of karma for us all -- or something like that.
Hope everyone is doing well, it was really great to spend an evening with some of the peeps on this blog when I was out east, and can't wait to do it again soon.
