Rules:
It needs to be mostly a cult, not an art-project that looks like a cult.
It can't be a cult that "everyone" knows like Thee Temple ov Psychic Youth, Aum, Heaven's Gate, or Church of the SubGenious.
Will be judged (hey-yeah style) on:
Craziness of website, not of cult's activities off-line.
Entertainment value of site (i.e. not so incoherent that you can't even read it).
Images and other multi-media on site are a big plus.
Quoteablility and truthiness.
Plus whatever else...
Ulterior Motive: I am especially looking for images of mystical energies flowing around bodies.

man...that is a very challengin contest...i think the main problem is that you cant just go to the raelians homepage and they have a links section that leads to other crazy cult webpages....which is obviously how it should work...although i guess they have to compete with like...supply and demand. also...search engines tend to make it difficult to yield promising results...and then the other big source of information links on the web, wikipedia, is obviously ruled out because any cult that is on wikipedia seems to be as though it should be diskwalified from the competition. and its not like you can just search "cult" and find good results, because they wouldnt call themselves that on thier homepage...basically i am saying this is a good challenge...and its unfortuante that owen isnt posting more, because i think he would win this one...but since he isnt...i guess i will win it...expect a post with a mind blowing link in the near future. and also i think i should get bonus points to completing this task on dial up internet, which makes the search much more time consuming and difficult...its called a handicap.
ok...this might be a bit immature...but after some searching this one got me prety excited...especially in a group of internet-enthusiastic roustabouts...

its tough to decide what is a cult until like a journalist calls them one...or until they all kill themselves or something....but i think this is pretty close...also...speaking of cults...i think i should recommend some movies i watched recently...one is loosely based on jonestown and its called "eaten alive"...the other one i watched today and its called "i drink your blood".....they come highly recommened....BY ME MOTHERFUCKERS!!!

That Unarius stuff is pretty awesome - everyone should watch the "Video of Ernest Norman" on the right side... I can't find enough of the paintings - is there a "treasure trove" somewhere on the site?
you can purchase the paintings at garage sales they hold to raise funds to continue spreading the word/k... based in sandiego area and really somewhere on the site, which is pretty ramblings and disapears so much into weird places, anyways, there is a place with a catalog of paintings of theirs for sale, I did a bunch of reserarch on these guys cuz I really like their videos. BUY THE VIDEOS IT GOES TO A GOOD CAUZE
