just to flash back to johns last hawk....check these...also...check out that classic crib that a few people here used to live, and some classic personalities also appear in the pictures...also...if anyone was wondring why the pictures look s good...its because i took them myself.
yeah thats right you did live there....its a true tivoli legacy...although that picture doesnt really give the house justice for what a shit-hole it really was....i kind of miss the crap out of it.
I remember when Tim was recording vocals for Charming Bastards through a megaphone, through that huge ass guitar amp that you built for christian, and Chuck, who lived downstairs, was very diplomatically like, 'uh, I'm trying to translate chinese down here... how much longer do you guys think you'll be, my senior project is due tomorrow'.. It's easy to take for granted just how much noise you can make in Tivoli or at Bard compared to living in a city (unless you live in the getto in which case you can make tons of noise because everyone is fucking crazy and loud anyway). Um, I forgot what the fuck I was talking about. Oh yea, post pictures of the hawk John.
seriously that house has some stories...the should put a plaque oustide on the front....i mean when i was repairing the extensive damage on the house (drunk with my pants off) i really wanted to leae it all as a legacy...i mean my uncle restores old buildings keeping true to the original architecture and use...and i think a house like that should hae evidence...although to be true most of the mixes i did were masking tape covered with paint...but like bruce gave a shit....anyway....i am starting to doubt that john went through with it...i mean i kind of took the post to heart and buzzed my head....so john...wasssup?
